Macron will be Crystal Palace’s new kit supplier, replacing Puma, after the end of a two-year deal. Macron will supply all of the team’s matchday kits, training wear, travel garments and other accessories. It will also design the team’s official crest. Hopefully, the new kits will reflect the club’s history and heritage.
The home kit for the 2022/2023 season is now available. It is sponsored by Macron and was unveiled late on 11 July. The new home kit has the club’s updated crest and consists of 100% recycled plastic. It also features eco-fabric, which is composed of recycled plastic and polyester.
The Crystal Palace team was formed in 1861 from the Crystal Palace Cricket Club. The club was initially based in Hyde Park, but later moved to Sydenham. During the period in which they played, they were part of the newly-formed Third Division and fought for the title on three occasions. However, they dropped back to Division Three (South) in the following year.
Crystal Palace are a mid-table club in the English Premier League. They can upend opponents, stifle their play and use counterattacks to supreme effect. Their fans’ support is as fervent and passionate as their team players.
